5. **Ad-hoc Tasks**: - Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors to achieve team goals.
Job Requirements
1. Language Skills: - Proficient in Chinese, English and local language.
2. Work Experience: - At least 1 year of experience in SaaS software implementation, after-sales service, or technical support.
3. Personal Qualities: Ability to handle pressure, strong learning, comprehension, and adaptability skills, and the capability to independently resolve customer complaints. Strong service awareness, a sense of responsibility, good temperament, patience, and the ability to control and regulate emotions, ensuring no conflicts with clients. Continuous learning and self-improvement are essential.
4. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the e-commerce ERP industry is preferred.
