Job Responsibility
- To coordinate renovation activities and monitor construction site.
- Communicate with construction crews, keep records of work progress and ensure compliance with construction project deadline.
- Construction general supervisors meticulously oversee the progress of every stage in the construction process. Adeptly coordinate various teams, allocate tasks, order materials, and proficiently address challenges with colleagues.
- Assist superior in planning and arrangement of the projects.
- Arrange regular meetings/discussions with a relevant party (eg: workers/ contractor/client/vendors) to ensure the work progress meets the targeted timeline.
- Daily supervise work progress at the site following the schedule and implement day to day activities
Job Requirements
Site Supervisor- Interior Renovation Commercial, Retails Shop , F&B, Office
- Minimum 1 years of experience in F&B restaurants, commercial, offices and retailers renovation will be an advantage.
- Prefer young candidates with a couples of years experiences.
- We are seeking candidates proficient in English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with English , Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Must be willing to work on night shifts and public holiday
- Must be able to outstation to various job sites with valid driver's license (petrol and toll fees allowance provided)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, interior design and materials.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
