• Job Scope:

Communicate with vendors and suppliers to gather information, negotiate terms, and confirm orders

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed

Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing

• Create and manage purchase orders and contracts

Coordinate with other departments to determine purchasing needs

• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs

Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions

• Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• With experience as a Purchaser or in a similar role will have added advantages

Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
