Responsible in manpower recruitment from job advertisement, phone interview, conduct first interview and arranging recruitment related matters
- Conduct and be in charge of company onboarding briefing to new employees
- Responsible on employee performance and reporting half yearly
- Manage employee compensation and benefits including employee wellbeing, company snacks corner and internal recognition
- Create memo and do posting when necessary
- Manage all employee letters and confidential documents organized
- Maintain each and everyone employee profile including resumes, ic and letters from company
- Responsible on office wellbeing and maintenance
- Liaise with agency and government if necessary
