Develop and execute all digital marketing, including web design, marketing
database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence at all platforms include
FB/IG/XHS/TikTok, and etc.
Content writing for all social media platforms and reply message from all platforms.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess
against goals (KPIs)
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user
experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across
multiple channels and customer touch points.
Produce captivating videos or photo that align with our brand's image and resonate
with our target audience.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities,
and best practices.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement integrated marketing
campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize conversions and
ROI.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry
developments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and
customer experience across all channels.
A bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or a
related field.
Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing with a strong desire to learn and
grow in the field.
Proficient in using Canva or Photoshop for image and video editing.
Good understanding of social media platforms and their role in driving brand
awareness and sales.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, and able to handle customers
complaint professional.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional
departments.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Willing to work in shift, weekends and public holiday.
