Job Purpose
- In-charge of the sales & marketing activities of T&I (Electrification, I&C segment) in the company.
Principal Responsibilities
- Developing Business, Market research, utilizes network effectively, strategizing contextually and culminating into successful GTM (Go-to-Market) execution, covering Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam geographical spread, in coordination with other business segments in order to maximize Prysmian winning chances.
- Identifies and influences top-value chain customers and multi-faceted key influencers, ranging from authority, end-users, developers, main contractors, mechanical & electrical contractors, consultants, system integrators and cabling installers.
- Engages in technical and commercial proposals/presentations to stakeholders, which is required as a differentiation strategy.
- Market research (competitors) ability, culminating into formulation of competitive or else comparative advantage's strategies.
- Delivers sustainable result and builds an ever-expansionary team.
- Responsibilities; Business segment Profit (RIM), A/R (customers payments), Net-Working-Capital, Roadmap formulation, Structured-Reporting (including Salesforce CRM)
- Delivers out-of-the-box thinking, formulating a well devised marketing program to capture and secure new customers/projects, directly, or indirectly via channel partners
- Responsible for the sales contracts, conclude order/contracts, administer sales contract and collection of payment.
- Review business plan and sales budget to achieve the required contributions and margin
- Monitoring projects development and arrange tender and contract review meetings for key projects with all involved functions to drive and coordinate the strategy.
- Drive the regional I&C team on the coherent implementation of the strategy and execution of the key initiatives, actively promoting the teamwork in coordination with and leveraging on all internal functions.
POSITION SPECIFICATION
Education
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering) or Sales / Marketing/Business degree or its equivalent.
- MBA holders will be an added advantage
Experience
- Equips with at least 5 - 15 years of Sales & Marketing experience, in the same Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Energy Cabling domain (LV/MV).
- Well-versed technically and commercially.
- Equips with a solid proven credential and strong network web.
- Relishes accelerative growth equips with a constant adapting mindset, in a promising fast-paced environment.
- Successful business development track record, team-expansionary-strategic lenses, and preferably with international-business lenses.
