Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers to create partnerships that drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate market trends.
Collaborate with the design team to develop tailored proposals that address the client's needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients articulating the value proposition of our services.
Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the interior design industry.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
