Job Description

Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Hygiene Officer is responsible to maintain hygiene standards within the Hotel, contributing to the overall safety and satisfaction of both employees and guests. You will support the Hygiene Manager in the implementation of hygiene protocols and standard procedures.

Qualifications

. Certificate or Diploma in Food Technology, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene or a related field.
. Minimum 2 years work experience as Hygiene Officer in hospitality or food & beverage industry.
. In-depth knowledge of hygiene standards, regulations and HACCP or ISO 22000 certification requirements.
. Good communication and organizational skills.
