Mission

As Account Director at Primal, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding our client relationships. This position is crafted for a dynamic and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the linchpin between Primal and our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. Your mission is to maintain exemplary levels of client satisfaction, foster long-term loyalty, and drive growth through strategic upselling. With your adept communication and management skills, you will navigate the complexities of client needs, ensuring that every interaction adds value to their experience with Primal.

Accountabilities

  • Achieve and maintain an exemplary client retention rate by providing outstanding service and understanding client needs.
  • Identify and execute upselling opportunities to contribute to revenue growth, demonstrating a keen understanding of our services and their value to clients.
  • Maintain regular, meaningful communication with clients, ensuring they are fully engaged and satisfied with our services. This includes proactive bi-weekly check-ins to discuss their needs, updates, and feedback.
