Responsible full spectrum of the Human Resource and Administration functions.
Monitoring & managing Company payroll and ensure timely payroll completion.
Liaison with all governmental departments to ensure compliance with legal governmental requirements.
To explores and provide recommendations in new ways / recruitment channels / creative way of sources for recruiting.
Lead and facilitating employee engagement activities, staff welfare and etc.
To maintain up-to-date and accurate employee data and records to HR System and Personnel Files.
Managing the recruitment and selection process from end-to-end (from managing multiple job portals, proactive sourcing, CV & phone screening shortlisting, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, conduct interview and etc.).
Work closely with all team manager to understand their hiring plans.
Handle hiring process and resignation and termination of staff.
Compilation and preparation of HR reports, such as Payroll Report, Annual Leave record
Prepare HR related letters, memo and maintain systematic records and filing for the department and to ensure safe custody of the files & records.
Handle performance review and appraisal exercise
Handling the other administrative work such as office refreshment, stationery etc.
Day to day HR & Administration operation & any other task which may be assigned from time to time by Superior.
