Job Description

KEY AREAS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Recruitment

- Devise better strategy of recruiting to find the right candidates and company needs.
  • Training & Development

- Determine organizations training needs to meets company objective.
  • Performance Management

- Develop the HRs objectives, KPI, annual operational & strategic plan for staff performance.
  • Compensation & Benefit Management

- Responsibility to planning & manage the compensation and benefit to employees.
  • Policy & Procedure

- To develop and implement HR policies
  • Payroll
  • General /Ad-Hoc Task
-Attend to any task (related HR department) delegated by the superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,800.00 per month
