We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join us. This role is based in Malaysia and will involve working closely with our global payroll vendor to ensure seamless payroll operations. Reporting directly to our headquarters in Hong Kong, the HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions with a primary focus on payroll coordination and HR data management to ensure smooth operations across our global workforce. This position requires deep expertise in Hong Kong payroll processing and statutory requirements, with knowledge of other countries as an added value
Acting as the liaison between the company and the global payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple countries;
Managing end-to-end payroll processing for Hong Kong employees including payroll calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions, in compliance with local regulations and company policies;
Monitoring and verifying the accuracy of payroll calculations performed by the vendor, and address any discrepancies in a timely manner;
Monitoring HR systems and databases, inputting employee information and ensuring the integrity of data;
Collaborating with HR and finance teams globally to gather necessary payroll data, including benefits, overtime, leaves, and other relevant information;
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding payroll and employment across different jurisdictions;
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in payroll and tax legislation in all countries where the company operating;
Coordinating with the global payroll vendor to resolve employee payroll issue;
Participating in HR projects and initiatives that support the global HR strategy; and
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and HRIS system

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
ld.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, with specific experience managing global payroll
Experience in Hong Kong payroll processing is a must
Strong understanding of payroll practices and regulations in multiple countri
Experience working with international payroll vendors and an understanding of HR information syste
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skill
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentialiy
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any HRIS platforms
Fluency in Mandarin & Cantonese to support Taiwan & Hong Kong market
