Human Resources Operations Executive

The Human Resources Operations Executive will support the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment activities. This role is responsible for coordinating recruitment operations, including scheduling interviews, screening candidate profiles, liaising with hiring managers, and maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Screen candidate profiles and resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide updates on the recruitment process
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support pre-boarding activities and collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Update and manage candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist in recruitment-related reporting and data management.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or related functions
  • Strong-bias for action
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced and international environment
  • Ability to navigate and embrace ambiguity.
  • CAN-DO attitude, good manners, strong passion, strong ownership, commitment, accountability, responsibility, and team player
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Passion for creating a positive and vibrant work culture.
