Able to handling HR documentation under ISO 9001:2015
Responsible for the recruitment process by advertising, monitoring, searching, selecting and arranging interview with the potential candidates.
Responsible for staff/Foreign Worker monthly payroll and all the statutory process, arrange payment submission on time for all the monthly PCB, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and EPF.
To implement training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs; coordinates and liaises with external consultant on employees training needs and arrange schedules for employees. Evaluate the effectiveness of the respective training programs feedback from employees.
Work with Management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
Responsible for handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Manage foreign worker administrative related tasks such as register / renew / terminate FWCMS, Insurance, process of visa for cancellation or endorsement, arrange for FOMEMA Check-up and etc.
Arrange foreign workers visits to hospital or clinic in the event of any illness or health related matters.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior/management from time to time.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
Diploma/Bachelors Degree/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the field of human resources
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
SKILL & KNOWLEDGE
Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
