A crucial aspect of this role involves building strong relationships with Country Leaders in Southeast Asia and collaborating closely with the regional leadership team to understand their needs and challenges. You will play a vital role in ensuring that the organization's people operations are optimized as they grow within the region. Your responsibilities will include facilitating communication between employees and management, managing benefits packages, negotiating contracts, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment efforts. By acting as a bridge between various stakeholders, you will contribute significantly to the overall success of the organization's expansion plans.
You have a hands-on approach and thrives on actively contributing to the execution of initiatives to ensure successful implementation. You will be leading by example, showing and guiding the team how to navigate through complex tasks. Demonstrable experience in identifying emerging HR trends and implementing best practices is vital for success in this role. Finally, possessing an in-depth understanding of local employment laws across SEA countries would be considered a significant asset.
