Quanterm Logistic Sdn Bhd incorporated in 1992, with about 250 staffs in Malaysia, and offices in Shah Alam (headoffice), Penang, Port Klang, Johor Bahru, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager at Quanterm Logistics located in Shah Alam. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions of the company, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience with at least 5 years working in human resources management
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in HR software
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Dynamic, critical thinker, growing mindset, team player
