Ensure that the department's filing system is well-organized and easily traceable.
Prepare monthly summary report.
Liaise with government authorities such as immigration and customs to handle the renewal of foreign worker permits, new license applications, or renewals.
Assist in recruitment activities by arranging the interviews.
Preparation of relevant HR and Admin documentation and in-charge of government/local authority related issues.
Monitor and order office supplies as necessary.
Payment voucher General expenses.
Source & propose potential training providers for Superior's review.
Assist to conduct staff welfare activities such as festive celebrations, annual dinners.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field.
Maintain strict confidentiality and possess good interpersonal skill to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
At least 1-2 year of related working experience in Human Resources operations. Broad knowledge about all areas of human resources will be an added advantage.
