Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve the work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
