This internship intends to prepare students to experience a real world approach in hiring talents across Malaysia. You will be exposed to hiring talents with different roles from a variety of industries. This role will allow you to expand your Talent Acquisition skill at identifying quality and reliable candidates. You would play a huge role at solving our clients recruitment needs. This internship role allows you to expand your network by providing consultation for key decision makers of companies.
What You Will Do
Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
Conducting interview with candidates to verify their suitability to the roles
Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy.
Research into clients, companies, competitors and market place.
Understand job description in order to hire the right candidate
Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
Understanding of Recruitment social media tools such as Linkedin, Jobstreet and others.
Providing administrative support to the Recruitment team
Posting job ads on relevant recruitment social media tools
What You Need
Candidates must possess or currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.
Able to communicate strongly in English
Skilled in Microsoft Office.
Able to work well in a team.
Able to work in KL ( Bukit Nanas Monorail linked to our office)
People friendly personality, this is important as we strive to build a team with people that are able to work together and function harmoniously
At least minimum 3 months internship duration
