Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources & Admin Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in human resources and administrative functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The intern will work closely with the HR and Admin teams, assisting in various tasks and projects to support the overall functioning of the organization.
  • LOCATION: PLAZA MONT KIARA
  • INTERNSHIP ALLOWANCE : RM800/MONTH
  • MONDAY-FRIDAY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in posting job vacancies on relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Employee Records:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
  • Assist in data entry and organization of HR databases.
  • Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR and Admin teams.
  • Manage and organize files, documents, and office supplies.
Assist in scheduling meetings and interviews.
  • Compliance:
Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Support the maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Communication:
Draft and edit HR-related communications, such as announcements and policies.
  • Assist in maintaining internal communication channels.
Provide support in various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR and Admin managers.

Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
