Are you a motivated individual ready to kickstart a career in Human Resources We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support essential HR functions, including recruitment, training, and administration. You'll gain hands-on exposure to multiple HR areas, working closely with our seasoned professionals in payroll, employee relations, training, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment tasks, from candidate outreach to onboarding.
- Employee Rostering & Deployment: Support scheduling and workforce planning.
- Onboarding Coordination: Organize onboarding sessions to ensure smooth integration.
- Project Management: Lead a mini HR project to build experience.
- Content Creation: Help create content for social media campaigns.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (3.5 CGPA is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva. Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
- Creative and Outgoing: Willing to engage in social media, not camera shy.
- Experience: Formal/informal gig experience or prior work is a bonus.
- Availability: Preferably available for a 3-6 month internship.
- Location: Able to commute to Eco Majestic, Semenyih.
