Plan and execute recruitment and selection process, to meet hiring needs.- Ensure and involve in the process of staffing documentation and prepare reports such as staff boarding in, recruitment, transfer, resignation, termination, etc.
Handle industrial relations matters such as disputes, poor performance, grievance etc and comply with company policies and labour laws.
- Monitor and co-ordinate manpower planning as per Companys direction.
Organize and maintain accurate HR database with up-to-date employee records.- Liaise with relevant authorities with regards to statutory regulations and HR related matters.
Handle administrative matters as and when required.
