Responsible for employee entry, regularization, transfer, change, resignation and other procedures.
New employee induction training, labor contract signing, work account management and equipment arrangement.
File sorting, filing, statistics and preservation of new employees entry materials.
Pay attention to the dynamics of new employees, coordinate employee relations, and be responsible for implementing daily employee communication (new entry interviews, cultural coaching, exit interviews, etc.).
Responsible in the transfer and retirement of personnel in various departments, and notify the relevant departments.
Manage the company's employee personnel files and update in time.
Prepare the company personnel classification and the turnover rate analysis table every month.
Planning and handling of company cultural activities and team building activities.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Mandarin is required, in addition with acceptable level of English.
Basic Human Resources knowledge (human resource management workflow and operation method) is preferred
Familiar with using MS Office software.
Understand the national labor laws and policies is preferred.
Attentive and responsible.
Accept alternate Saturday work.
