Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource support services including but not limited to payroll, benefits, leave, employee experience and performance management;
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and manager but escalate complex and/or sensitive matters to the Higher level.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Executes daily functions following the established policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Manages the end-to-end talent acquisition activities for positions assigned.
Contributes as a team in developing sourcing strategies, channels and approach in meeting Companys talent acquisition goals.
Manages employee on boarding process including pre-logistics are being taken care of prior to joining, communication to internal stakeholders on the program.
Participates actively in the yearly HR initiatives and any projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication preferred;
Resourceful, creative, tech savvy and with an inquisitive mind;
Eye for detail and good follow through skills;
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English is a must and those who can speak Mandarin will be an added advantage;
Comfortable in interacting with different levels of management and staff
