Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, benefits, and compensation to ensure a positive workplace environment.
  • Handle employee attendance and leave requests efficiently.
  • Assist the Finance Team with payroll management to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Coordinate external training events and manage HRDC claims.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
