Execute HR administrative tasks effectively, from the onboarding process, including the preparation of employment contracts and processing new hire documentation, to the smooth transition of offboarding employees.- Manage the offboarding process and ensuring timely tracking of staff attrition rate
Handle job changes such as promotions and transfers, coordinate inter-company transfers in line with company policies, and facilitate timely visa application submissions.
- Execute monthly payroll processing to ensure compliance with relevant government authorities
Handle HR document processing, employee P-file management and organization chart management in an accurate, complete and timely manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and benefits documentation.- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR process.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Promote a positive work environment and employee morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Manage office layout and space allocation.

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus!).- Previous experience in HR roles, preferably within the fast paced industry.
