Job Description

As our People & Culture Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving our people strategies forward. From operations to fostering a culture of excellence, your role will be diverse, exciting, and full of opportunities to learn and grow. Here's a sneak peek at what you'll be up to:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations:
Execute HR administrative tasks effectively, from the onboarding process, including the preparation of employment contracts and processing new hire documentation, to the smooth transition of offboarding employees.
  • Manage the offboarding process and ensuring timely tracking of staff attrition rate
Handle job changes such as promotions and transfers, coordinate inter-company transfers in line with company policies, and facilitate timely visa application submissions.
  • Execute monthly payroll processing to ensure compliance with relevant government authorities
Handle HR document processing, employee P-file management and organization chart management in an accurate, complete and timely manner
  • HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and benefits documentation.
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
  • Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR process.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Promote a positive work environment and employee morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Office Admin
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Manage office layout and space allocation.
  • What We're Looking For:

We're on the hunt for someone who's not just good - but great! Here are some qualities that will make you stand out:
  • A genuine passion for people and a commitment to delivering exceptional employee experiences.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus!).
  • Previous experience in HR roles, preferably within the fast paced industry.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative to drive positive change.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
