Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of recruitment activities and overseeing all HR operations to support our growing organization.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment:
Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
  • HR Operations:
Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records management, employee attendance and leave records, payroll administration and etc.
  • Prepare and manage HR-related letters and documents, including offer letters, transfer letters and warning letters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
Manage employee relations and address grievances or issues.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position within a multinational company (MNC).
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
