Plan, manage and coordinate all human resources initiatives; recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations of an organization.
Manage job postings and applicants and support applicant process
Maintain, update, and deliver documentation on personnel
Monitor and report on staff employment, performance, training, pay, grievances, leave of absences
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
