Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily departmental operations
  • Ensure policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
  • Plan, manage and coordinate all human resources initiatives; recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations of an organization.
  • Manage job postings and applicants and support applicant process
  • Maintain, update, and deliver documentation on personnel
  • Monitor and report on staff employment, performance, training, pay, grievances, leave of absences

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Language proficiency: English, Mandarin.
