Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Executive at Impiana KLCC Hotel. The Human Resources Executive will be HR Generalist. The role involves coordinating & processing basic HR functions such as Payroll, Documentation processing, Recruitment, Onboarding & Disengagement, Casual Worker/Part Timers processing, Employee Relations and etc.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

2. Required skill(s): Payroll Administration, Social Media & MS Excel.

3. Added advantage if familiar with Orisoft payroll system.

4. Experienced in handling total of 200+ headcount is a plus point.

5. At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field.

6. Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

7. Candidate who can join immediately.
