Responsibilities:- Collaborate with department heads/ managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Attract top talent using job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.- Identify potential candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings and assessments.
Arrange and facilitate the interview process with candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a positive and productive start.
Monitor and support new hires during their integration period to ensure their success.- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry organizations.
Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management.
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
