Handling recruitment process includes monitor the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees record, confirmation, and etc.
Maintain HR system, updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
Prepare letters, contracts, memos, etc.
Monitoring & managing Company payroll and ensure timely payroll completion
Ensure on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay outs, statutory payments and ensure compliance of all statutory requirements.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a diploma/bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field.
At least 2 year experience in HR or related field.
Prior experience in HR Generalist is a plus.
Strong motivation, negotiation and presentation skills.
Proactive attitude to resolve problems and deliver results.
Communicate effectively with the team both written and verbal.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to start immediately will added advantages.
