Key Responsibilities
- Support and handle the full spectrum of daily Human Resource administration.
- Administer of payroll administration on Info-tech system and will be responsible to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll administration and reports.
- Handle queries regarding Human Resource and payroll matters.
- To administer leave and medical leave and medical claims record.
- Serve as the point of contact for HR matters.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Payroll
- Prepare Salary Computation table for all Centers.
- Double check the OT form from Operation against the Duty Roster.
- Resolve OT form discrepancy with Home Manager.
- Prepare Salary Summary for 9 Centers.
- Get approval from the Operation Manager for the salary Computation.
- Process the payroll via INFOTECH
- Checking the new staff & resigned staff payroll calculation.
- Key in incentive, OT, allowance, deduction of cash advance.
- Prepare the payroll summary for HR manager/Senior HR Executive checking purposes.
- Combined the system report & excel report.
- Prepare Evolet Listing
- Manual prepare the TM CG payslip
- Prepare final payroll report to Finance for costing assignment.
- Prepare all statutory payment for 3 company
- Filling the payroll supporting document.
- Create a new salary computation template for the new center.
- Update new CG info into Master file.
- Update movement report and employee data for MyCC & CCR.
HR Administration
Maintaining P-File of employees via shared folder and hardcopy.
Ensure information is updated all time.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Maintain data and manage HR documentation
Financial and Non-Financial Measures
(Note: Typically, 5-8 measures which reflect current business strategy are selected.
Individual measurement weightings will be adjusted to reflect emphasis in a particular financial year and captured separately in individual performance scorecards)
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or any related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Proficient in Google Documents, Excel
- Accurate and detailed oriented
- Well versed with Info tech systems.
