About the role
This exciting position at BoomGrow must support the strategic people agenda of a diverse and vibrant startup. You will play a key role in supporting that our Mission and Values are brought to life across the organisation, creating a healthy, positive and high performing organisational culture, enabling organisation development and maximising the effectiveness of our structures and people.
As part of the HR team, you will you will assist in the development and management of a People Strategy that will ensure that the BoomGrow team is best supported in order to achieve our ambitious goals.
Organisational Development & Culture
-Manage work environment in a way that ensures employees are happy, motivated and productive
-Build a strong employer brand and ensure all employees have a positive experience.
-Contribute to the development and deepening of culture through role modelling our values and the behaviours which drive this culture
-Work in partnership with other key departments to ensure effective internal and external communications in support of organisational development
HR Strategies
-Support for all HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, contracts, exits and staff handbook
-Recruitment: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
-Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers and employees
-Ensure a clear Employee Value Proposition in support of candidate attraction
People Development
-Support a culture of performance across the organisation with oversight, continued development and implementation of our performance review and appraisal processes
-In conjunction with the executive management, ensure all Learning and Development is strategically linked to organisational needs and aligned to performance reviews and business planning processes
Office Administration
-Monitor and manage office supplies.
-Handle office related matters for current & new employees.
-To manage, direct and monitor the associated assets of the company
-Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
-Perform other duties as assigned by Management
