Assist in recruitment activities such as screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.- Compile monthly attendance, leave & OT report, verify the data with respective HOD.
Conduct employee orientation and exit interview.
- Update and maintain employees data in InfoTech system.
Maintain good filing system and proper records of all documents.- Assist in planning and organising events & activities.
Assist in preparing HR related letter.
- Assist in general and office administrative support.
Perform any additional ad hoc tasks that assign by management / superior.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in HR is required for this position.
- Always maintain high confidentiality and professionalism.
Resourceful, able to meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team-player.- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work at Telok Panglima Garang, Klang.
