Job Description

Responsibilities

  • End to end recruitment process - develop job descriptions, advertise job postings, source candidates using a variety of search methods, screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings. Perform reference checks as need.
  • Arrange interviews with Managing Director after selection process.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms with the successful candidate.
  • Conduct new employee Onboarding and Offboarding.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Managing Legal and Compliance Practices.
  • Maintaining Employee Relations.
  • Handle all leave administration.
  • Arrange staff activities.
  • Undertake any ah-hoc project or any other related task assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR field.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with job boards/portals and social network.
  • Proficiency with content management systems.
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategy.
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).
