End to end recruitment process - develop job descriptions, advertise job postings, source candidates using a variety of search methods, screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings. Perform reference checks as need.
Arrange interviews with Managing Director after selection process.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms with the successful candidate.
Conduct new employee Onboarding and Offboarding.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Managing Legal and Compliance Practices.
Maintaining Employee Relations.
Handle all leave administration.
Arrange staff activities.
Undertake any ah-hoc project or any other related task assigned to you from time to time.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR field.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Experience with job boards/portals and social network.
Proficiency with content management systems.
Experience in developing recruitment strategy.
Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person).
