The Role
Assist in developing HR business partnering processes, and contributing to shaping the culture of an anime company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media and our internal careers page.
- Help with screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and organizing welcome sessions.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, virtual events, and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Assist in managing internal communication channels, helping to ensure that important information reaches all team members.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to help improve workplace culture and HR processes.
- Support documentation and record-keeping for employee files, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Participate in HR team meetings, gaining exposure to strategic discussions on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
You Have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn about recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and candidates.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
