Job Description
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resource functions. You will be responsible for providing HR support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to make hiring decisions.
- Onboard new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns, questions, and grievances.
- Provide guidance on employee policies and procedures.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.
- Process enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with benefit regulations.
- Payroll and Compensation:
- Assist with payroll processing, including data entry and verification.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
- Implement measures to mitigate HR risks.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
