Responsibilities
- Assist the Country Manager, in the process of establishing the company, and be the pioner of the Company and HR Department.
- Work closely with senior management to assist with all HR-related aspects during the company's establishment, ensuring HR strategies align with the company's long-term goals.
- Lead recruitment efforts for the new regional offices, develop hiring plans, and ensure that suitable candidates are recruited for key roles.
- Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding and training process to help new employees integrate into the company culture and quickly familiarize themselves with workflows.
- Create and enforce HR policies in compliance with local labour laws and best practices, ensuring they support the company's growth.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment to support the development of the company culture.
- Establish and maintain the company's HR management systems to ensure systematic management of employee information, performance evaluations, and benefits.
- Design competitive compensation packages and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to drive employee growth and improve overall company performance.
- Manage the Office purchase and budgeting process budgeting process, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while meeting the company's goals and growth needs.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a minimum Diploma and above, in any related field.
- Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Work, MS PowerPoint.
- Honest, self-motivated, positive, and responsible character.
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
- Able to speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese for Chinese Countries.
- Willing to travel across regions is a must.
