Responsible for all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, policy and employee relations.
Do end to end recruitment progress.
Implement employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor and provide feedback on employee performance.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll.
Communicate changes in benefits programs.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records securely.
Evaluate training effectiveness and support career development.
Ensure health and safety compliance.
Manage office facilities and supplies.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Act as a strategic partner to business units.
Provide HR consultation and analyze workforce trends.
Other tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or any related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in a similar human resources role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
Extensive experience in managing payments, budgets, and expenditures.
Advanced ability to plan, schedule, and execute office-related events.
Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
