Coordinate and liaise with government and related department for processed workers matters- Handles FOMEMA, passport renewal, open bank account, replace bank card, police report
assist with foreign worker documentation and processes by liaising with the relevant government agency
- Prepare document and go to respective embassy for passport renewal.
Bring workers to clinic/hospital for any emergency cases- drive workers to/from KLIA/KLIA
- Foreign workers update name listing, update the utilities bill for hostel and arrangement for existing and new hostel.
Other duties assigned from superior from time to time.
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM, with experience in Foreign Worker Management experience and familiarity dealing with government agencies ( Immigresen Malaysia, Embassy etc)
willing to work in Shah alam , and expect to work outside office regularly- Willing to work on call, outside office hour if needed
Have valid driving licence
