- Engage mostly in the pre-hiring recruitment process such as interviews arrangement, interviews with hiring managers, and HR Managers in their respective pillars.
- Handling and responsible for Recruitment, Orientation, and onboarding of new employees.
- Connect with Universitys lecturer for Fresh Grad Hiring Program Internship or Entry level candidates.
- Maintain and update staffs movement and all relevant details in our staff personnel files.
- Responsible for staff attendance records accordingly and submission to payroll
- Track staff service confirmation, contract expiry, and update benefits
- Update and work on the Organizational Chart with the HODs.
- Manage staff panel clinic matters new hires, transfers, terminations, etc.
- Coordinate Fitness Club and lead engagement activities i.e., outdoor activities and ensure all activities are carried out as planned.
