Job Description

vivo Malaysia is hiring Human Resources Assistant / Executive!
  • Job Descriptions:
Manage the overall interview, selection, onboarding new hire process and closing process
  • Sourcing for potential candidates through job portals/referral/ headhunting.
Conduct phone screening & interviews to select potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
  • Relationship building with the internal hiring manager and working closely with them.
Responsible for preparation and follow up on hiring documentation i.e. offer letter, personal documentation and etc.
  • To carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments, as and when required.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Manage and run referral bonus programs
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Off-boarding process
Managing payroll
  • Job Requirements:
0-3 years of HR related experience
  • Experience in full cycle of recruitment will be added advantages
Mandarin is a must due to business needs
  • Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
  • Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
Preferably immediate work
