Payroll processing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of HR Departmenet including payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations & engagement, recruitment, training & development and other HR related.
Processes payroll administration accurately and in a timely manner.- Advertising job availability through online channels.
Assist in overall recruitment activities and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, short listing of candidates and arrange for interview.
- Prepare a letter of appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation.
Ensure employee welfare and benefits i.e. Leave Management, Medical are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of employement.- Assist in handling employee relation issues.
Ensures proper process for all staff management movement and administer our HR system.
- Maintains staff personal files.
To perform any assignment from superior from time to time.
Minimum Diploma / Certificate qualification preferably with 2 years of relevant experience.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Honest, hard working and committed to their job.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office will be added advantage.
Possess integrity, strong problem solving and analytical skills.- Energetic, independent & good interpersonal skills.
Must have sound knowledge of Labor Law & Industrial Relation.
