Job Description

Job Descriptions:-
  • Orienting employees .
Employee data management and reporting .
  • Employee record management.
Payroll processing HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of HR Departmenet including payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations & engagement, recruitment, training & development and other HR related.
Processes payroll administration accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Advertising job availability through online channels.
Assist in overall recruitment activities and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, short listing of candidates and arrange for interview.
  • Prepare a letter of appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation.
Ensure employee welfare and benefits i.e. Leave Management, Medical are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of employement.
  • Assist in handling employee relation issues.
Ensures proper process for all staff management movement and administer our HR system.
  • Maintains staff personal files.
To perform any assignment from superior from time to time.
  • Job Requirement:-
Minimum Diploma / Certificate qualification preferably with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Honest, hard working and committed to their job.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office will be added advantage.
Possess integrity, strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Energetic, independent & good interpersonal skills.
Must have sound knowledge of Labor Law & Industrial Relation.

  • Tenure Working:-
December 2024 - May 2025

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
