Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resource and Admin Executive to join our team. This role combines HR responsibilities with administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.- Manage employee benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Administer payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and managing office logistics.
Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- At least 1-2 years of experience in human resources and administrative roles.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
