Job Responsibilities:- Involving in all aspects of HR functions including compensation and benefit, talent management, human resource policies and procedures, staff welfare and disciplinary issues.
Responsible for monthly payroll and statutory payment processing.- Maintaining a good relationship and connection with all internal and external stakeholders, auditors, local authorities, vendors and suppliers at all times.
Responsible for records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations.
- Responsible for daily office administrative matter.
Responsible for manpower planning and recruitment initiative to meet the manpower planning, ensuring smooth daily operations within the organization.- Conduct orientations / exit interviews and coordinate for new hires / leavers.
Coordinate external trainings for staff.
- Assist in reviewing and improving Company policies and employee handbooks which meets legal requirements, best practice and organizational objective.
Responsible for any ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.- 2 years above experience in HR
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English.
- Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
