Job Responsibility
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR VA (Virtual Assistant) to join our team and support our HR department in various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and conducting new employee orientations.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Assist in processing payroll and managing employee benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Support compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and employment laws is a plus.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- KPI : Hire 15 qualified candidates within one month.
