Responsible for full spectrum of HR function which encompass manpower planning, recruitment & selection, training and other related matter.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality throughout the process.
Organize induction program for new employees.
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
Assist in the development and execution of employee training and development programs.
Oversee employees, disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies.
Leave/attendance Management by timely checking on daily attendance and report.
Responsible to input and maintaining data entry for employees particulars in payroll system, including leave records, claims, leave, banking information and other payroll relavent records into the system.
Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.
Any ad hoc tasks required by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent with relevant working experience.
Proficient in MS Office MS Excel, Power point and Microsoft Teams
Good command of English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia will be additional advantage
Good knowledge in Malaysian Labor Laws and well verse with the current HR practices
