Job Description- Understanding companys staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates and facilitate the interview process.
- On-boarding process for new joiners (creating of employee data into in-house system).
Creating and maintaining of employee personal files.- Announcement of new joiner.
Preparation of letter of employment for new joiner and announcement of new joiner.
- Follow-up on probation review and preparation of confirmation letter.
Preparing monthly reports. Generate and analyse data required by/for stakeholders.- Work closely & collaboratively as a HR Operations team.
Any Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
At least 2 years of relevant working experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Trustworthy, quick thinking, strong organization skills and an analytic mindset.
Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
