Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.t
