Job Description

Job Responsibility

HR Strategy And Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to ensure operational efficiency aligned with company goals.
  • Establish innovative policies to drive employee satisfaction and organizational performance.

Recruitment Management

  • Lead recruitment processes from planning to onboarding, ensuring top talent is selected.
  • Manage talent management systems to build a strong internal leadership pipeline.

Compliance And Employee Relations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Resolve employee issues and maintain harmonious relationships.

Payroll And Benefits Management

  • Oversee payroll processes, allowances, and employee incentives with accuracy.
  • Develop competitive employee benefit programs.

HR Analytics And Reporting

  • Leverage data to analyze HR policy effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on HR status and issues.

Training And Development

  • Plan and implement training programs to enhance employee competency and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • (Advantage): A Master's degree or Professional Certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or PHR.

Experience

  • 5-7 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years at a managerial level.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.

Skills Required

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data analytics.
